Running a Website on iPillar? How to hide the address Bar and Toolbar.

Running a website on your iPillar Locking iPad Freestanding Kiosk display stand, Wall Mount, Counter Top or Counter Mount Model with locking enclosure?

We often get asked how to hide the address bar or toolbar on the iPad’s Safari Web browser when customers want to present a website on their iPad device inside the iPillar Locking enclosure.  Although it is not yet possible with the Safari Browser, there are several Browser Apps that will allow you to hide the Toolbar and URL area to provide a nice clean presentation for your iPad Stand.  We have been using the FREE Full Screen Web Browser App by Ankur Diyora and feel it is well worth sharing.

The Full Screen Web Browser is available for the iPhone/iPod Touch & iPad. This app gives you up to 40% of your screen’s real estate back by hiding the buttons, address and even the status bar when you don’t need them. Now you can take full advantage of the screen of your device.

You can download the Free App using the link below.  If you need more information on iPillar Locking iPad Freestanding Kiosk display stand, Wall Mount, Counter Top or Counter Mount Model with locking enclosure, please contact us today!
